I don't think I've done a "City of Villains" piece before. I really enjoy working on these more ambitious scenes and one with a villain is double fun. The big scene take longer but I think they are worth it.
No DA stock used here. Most of the stuff here is public domain , 3D, or scratch.

Only quibble is the scale/nearness of the cops. I get the feeling no one would willingly be that close to this beast without him being in a cage (and even then, it'd be reeal careful-like!)
